I'm creating web api using .net core7 minimal api.
I create a function to call stored procedure which get from table in database.
I'm facing a problem to pass the sp parameter into the function.

You can inject HttpRequest to retrieve request"s information :

param.Value is a collection, because is possible to call a url like :

Create a function which will return Func with needed parameters. For example handler function parsing p query parameter and returning string can look like this:

How to make an "if" based on value retrieved from Query?

I need to insert into a table "pass" or "fail", if from the query done there is a single fail instead of 'RProva' I have to put "fail" if the query can't find a single fail instead of 'RProva' I have to insert "pass", the query is working but I can't figure out how to do the if with the results of a query, maybe I have to use a "for"? Don't know. It is the attempt to make it, the second is the query where I have to insert the result of the possbile "IF"

Based on your question and comment I think you misunderstood ExecuteScalar:
ExecuteScalar executes the query, and returns the first column of the first row in the result set returned by the query. learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/api/system.data.sqlclient.sqlcommand.executescalar
I dont know the Type of "RD" or "PASS", but the IF in your example (when using ExecuteScalar) seems OK. Else when you are using ExecuteReader you should use some kind of an loop to iterate through the Items. Like this:

C# Paginate SQL result from a proc call

I have the following method that calls a proc in my database and returns the results into a dataset. The dataset is then used to populate a table I render using MVC & cshtml.
The method is:

You can use this overload of the Fill method

This way you will only return a subset of the records without modifying your stored procedure.

This code works perfectly. But for improvement I need to use the prepare statements instead of the query I am using. Because I am having similar kinds of various validation in my code, I am not sure how to reuse the parameters effectively.
You are very close. Just call cmd.Prepare(), keep references to the parameters, and reuse the command:

Set datatables to be equivalent

In this line

you have a parameter placeholder #Name but you don't add the required parameter to the SqlCommand that executes the sql. This produces the error that you see.
(By The way, string.Format requires the placeholder in the form {0}, but also if you fix that problem it is still wrong because you leave open the door to Sql Injection)
Fixing it requires a change in your GetData function.
You need to add an (optional) parameter array as another argument

Notice also that I have put the field Year between square brackets. Year is the name of a T-SQL Function and you should use this trick to avoid to confuse the SQL Parser
