I'm trying to open a dialog to open an RDP session
Also will I be able to run any of my scripts on a VM.
I wanted to check if the folders exist on the VM.
You can't do this with Selenium. Use MS Ui Automation or any wrapper like FlaUI or TestStack.White

I'm looking for alternatives to "FolderBrowserDialog" and "SaveFileDialog" or how I can edit these screens.
I need to create exactly the same interface of the image attached and the big challenge for me is how navigate/access the Windows Explorer like that in C#, as I didn't found how to edit the default save or select folder screens provided by C#.
Create log screen
You can create your own file dialog using TreeView

I am looking to make a small windows utility that will let the user browse to a file directory. Is there a good C# method (Windows) to execute this?
If you are using WinForms, you want FolderBrowserDialog.
See here: https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/system.windows.forms.folderbrowserdialog(v=vs.110).aspx

I have made it open HTML sourcecodes using the HTMLwebrequest and HTMLwebresponse commands. But someone please help me on how can i view a webpage content on the click of a button on the winform. (Without the help of a webcontrol).
One way to do it is by passing a valid URL to
Process.Start(yourURL);
Process.Start Method
Your PC should then open your default browser with that URL

internet Options
In C Sharp call InternetOptions function in Webbrowser Control
OR
Any DLL for InternetOptions
Since the WebBrowser-control uses Internet Explorer, simply calling
Process.Start("InetCpl.Cpl");
should do the trick.

I just wanted some general information about some technologies that would allow me to link a website to a console application in C#.
Let's say for example that users on my website fill a textfield with some information, then I want to take this information, process it into my Console Application, and print some results.
What's the technology to do this?
Thank you very much!
You can use the class System.Diagnostics.Process (see http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/vstudio/system.diagnostics.process(v=vs.100).aspx) to start your console application.
Then, you can read/write to/from StandardOutput, StandardError and StandardInput, which are normal Streams.
