I have a project which includes a webService W, a core project C, a plugin P and a thirdparty tool T from nuget. P references C and T.
In the webservice C and P are referenced. If I publish the webservice and try to use it in an Iis 7 I get a FileNotFoundException (File or on of its dependencies not found. Module not found.) for T, despite the T.dll being in the same folder as all other dlls. Same if I also reference T or just T and not P.
If I loose both the references to P and T, Service compiles and works (but obvoiusly not for the intended task).
I also tried the latter and adding P.dll and T.dll manually to the folder to no avail.
If I start the WebService from VS all works as expected.
I have no clue where to look for further information or what to try next. Please give me a hint.

I have an ASP.Net MVC app on .Net 4.7.2. I updated some nuget packages, and now when the application runs I receive an error as below.

I have also tried changing the Enable 32-bit Applications in the IIS Application Pools to True but the System.BadImageFormatException error still persist. Greatly appreciated for any suggestions to solve this error.
BadImageFormatException usually means architecture conflits.. Like trying to install a 32 bit assembly with a x64 install util for example.
Also in the pre-bind state information you can read this line:

Which might indicate that you are not using a fully qualified name to load an assembly but just the type. Try specifying the fully qualified name of the assembly you are trying to load.
I have a web site on IIS. There are a lot of virtual folders with separates sites on it.

But in this project I don`t use Telerik at all. I created new site on IIS, deploy this project and one work well. But in the main one I still get the error.
What should I do to remove this issue from site with virtual folders? I have to deploy this project to it. I can`t delete it and create new one.
Any suggestions? Restart doesn`t help.
There could be other Web.configs that reference the telerik assembly. You would need to check all of them
I am getting "A procedure imported by xxxxxxx.dll cannot be loaded, while I am trying to run my .net application from browser. Below is what I am getting:

Is there is any way to find out which procedure it is not able to load or any other way to solve the issue. I tried Fusion logs and there seems to be no issue in Fusion logs.
