Using SmtpClient to send a print document as attachment - c#

I've been looking all over the net to attach a print document in an email using SMTP but unlucky couldn't find one.

Here's my code for previewing the document , I have a extra method for placing all labels,images in paper.

Here's my code to send email and attach document. But here the document attached here is located in my disk. I want to replace that with my print document/preview.
Is there any way to make that?

Changing the position of an image in E-mail using C# WinForms

I use the following code to send an email along with an image, the image is not an attachment its simply used to add more detail to the email instead of it being just plain text:

This code works perfectly but i want to change the position of the image in the Email to the middle, right now its to the left. Is there a way to change the position?

I am getting Time-out Error.

Why am I getting a connection timed out when trying to send an email through a CS program?

Firewall: Turned OFF. I am getting a connection timed out error. The email and password are verified.
The exception is: System.Net.Mail.SmtpException : The operation has timed out.
