I have one question. I writing Android app in Xamarin. I published it on Google Play.
As I understand when I reinstall Windows and Xamarin SHA-1 code will change. And I cannot publish my app updates?
Or how I can publish app without creating new in Google Play?

I have looked through the Microsoft documentation but everything seems to want you to run everything with the development code. I used a bitbar tutorial to help start my C# xamarinui test framework. I have the emulators working I just want the apk and ios apps to install as the first test. I know how to drag and drop and put the app on the phone manually. I am looking for a way to get the app to install and launch through test code or by some operation. I do not have access to the source.
Only for the Android case, google for the apk, usually they are available on sites like apk pure etc. If the apk has executables for x86 inside you could install in on android simulator using just drag and drop.
For iOS this seems not possible as the installer has to be signed with appropriate profiles that only app developer has in his possession.
I am new to Xamarin and I have successfully created an application in Xamarin for iOS. What I need is a way for this application to be viewed in the browser as a PWA. I figured to learn xamarin because I thought that this was a useful resource.
I have looked in to ooui but I can't successfully attach my Xamarin project to ooui.
At the end of this project I will have a running PWA coded in c# for iOS in the browser.
A link to the Xamarin can be found here:

Welcome to Xamarin! Your github repo is set to Private in it's setting.
Gathering from your other question as well, it's clear that you are using Native Xamarin.iOS and not Xamarin.Forms. (They have several differences if you check this)
Presently, there is no way of porting your Xamarin.iOS project into a PWA that has been made public. If you do convert your project manually into a Xamarin.Forms project, you could potentially use Ooui to convert Xamarin Forms into high performance WebAssembly code.
It seems like you have a sliding puzzle game, so it would be cool if you do end up doing it! Share it with us and the rest of the Xamarin community
I am working on a Xamarin Forms project, and I am trying to implement some geofencing. It is working well, but when the app is closed, it is not doing anything.
I am using this NuGet (https://github.com/CrossGeeks/GeofencePlugin) and different Android OS', which are Android 7, 8 and 9.
I implemented everything as said on the GitHub page, and the Android specifics in the Android project. In the console it appears that the service is started.
I did some documentation about services but from what I understand from the GitHub page you don't need to implement anything else, and the restrictions begin with Android 8, but on Android 7 it still doesn't work.
Can a Android Hybrid App with some plugins written in Java and others imported from Cordova, be made windows phone complaint using Xamarin ?
Is there any such feature in VS 2015 from which conversion of android app to windows be made possible without much rework. Please help.
No. Xamarin will not allow you to automatically convert an app from one platform to another.
Microsoft has announced Project Astoria as part of Windows 10. This will enable Android apps to run as Windows Universal apps.

No you cannot.
There are two ways to port Java code to C#.
The first way is to port the code manually.
The second porting methodology is to try and automate the process by using a code converter.
I've been having this problem for a few days, and can't find any solution.
I made my app with Xamarin Studio. I am trying to upload an update for my it to iTunes Connect through Xcode. But when trying to validate the app I get the following error: "This bundle is invalid. New apps and app updates submitted to the App Store must be built with public." Dissecting this error it makes it sound like it thinks I'm using a beta SDK, which I'm not (full system specs below). Even weirder is that if I go through Xamarin Studio's Archive validation it tells me everything is fine. But when I go through Application Loader it tells me the following:
"ERROR ITMS-9000: This bundle is invalid. New apps and app updates submitted to the App Store must be built with public (GM) versions of Xcode 5.1.1 or higher and iOS 7 SDK. Do not submit apps built with beta software." Obviously this is the same error as before, just a little more detailed. But the system specs it outlines, are exactly the same as I am using.
Hopefully someone out there can lend me a hand! :D
System Specs:
Mac OSX 10.9.3
Xcode 5.1.1 (Downloaded from the Mac App Store)
iOS 7 SDK, building for iOS 7.1
Xamarin Studio 5.0
Application Loader 2.9.1
Thanks in advance!
Open your project in Xamarin Studio, then double click on Info.plist. Click on Use Asset Catalogs for both sections: Universal Icons & Universal Launch Images. It should create two new folders:
Resources/Images.xassets/AppIcons.appiconset
Resources/Images.xassets/LanuchImage.lanuchimage
Go to AppIcons.appiconset folder and make sure that you have the following file names:
AppIcon57x57.png
AppIcon57x57#2x.png
AppIcon72x72#2x~.png
AppIcon72x72~ipad.png
Rename your icons if you don't have them and double click on Content.json to assign them.
