Sending email ASP.NET [duplicate] - c#

I'm very new to the ASP.NET C# area. I'm planning to send a mail through ASP.NET C# and this is the SMTP address from my ISP:
smtp-proxy.tm.net.my
Below is what I tried to do, but failed.

How can I send an activation email when new users register in my website using asp.net c#? I have tried the steps described
this link but I have faced this error:

You need to set smtp.EnableSsl = true for gmail.
