I am trying to run Unix commands in PuTTY using C#. I have the below code. But the code is not working. I am not able to open PuTTY.

First, in general, you better use native .NET SSH library, like SSH.NET, instead of running external application.

The putty.exe is a GUI application. It's intended to interactive use, not for automation. There's no point trying to redirect its standard output, as it's not using it.
For automation, use another tool from PuTTY package, the plink.exe.
It's a console application, so you can redirect its standard output/input.
There's no point trying to execute an application indirectly via the cmd.exe. Execute it directly.
You need to redirect standard input too, to be able to feed commands to the Plink.
You have to provide arguments before calling the .Start().
You may want to redirect error output too (the RedirectStandardError). Though note that you will need to read output and error output in parallel, what complicates the code.

I have referenced some other topics and it comes up the following coding, yet it doesn't work. I allow it creates command window and use "/k" argument keeping the window opened so that I can trace its output.
However, I can see the warning from the window that the command needs admin rights to execute. How can I execute it in admin rights?

Just clarified why it failed using "runas". In order to use "runas" in Verb, UseShellExecute must be firstly turned true.
When executing following function, it will pop a window asking for admin rights, just click 'Yes' to begin the execution. Though it is beyond the scope, if possible I want to skip the pop-up window as well.

I tried StreamWriter but doesn't seem to be co-operating.
What you want can't be done, because you need to redirect StandardInput to send commands to cmd and when you do this, the cmd window will close. You still don't explain what exactly you want to archieve, but i can only think of two options:
Create a batch file with all the commands you want to execute and pass it as an argument to Process.
Redirect StandardInput and StandardOutput. This way you should take care of showing all the cmd messages. This is a bit messy and could lead you to deadlocks.

So at last, what you want is just run a console application with parameters. This is a sample using makecert:

I am trying to execute a file stored under program files. The program is usually called from a command prompt, and output information while it is running. I want to capture the output.
The code below solves half of the job: The program is executed, and the console pops up showing the output in the console, but I cannot capture the output:

The program crashes in the line where I execute the start command with the error "The system cannot find the file specified"
What I don't get is, the first part of the program works, but not the second.
I have search a lot on this topic, and there are many suggestions but have not been able to find one which solves my issue.
I am using .NET 3.5 for the program which I prefers due to compatibility with other parts of the program.
This sort of question has been asked before in varying degrees, but I feel it has not been answered in a concise way and so I ask it again.

P.S.: The actual Python code I'm running is much more complex than this, and it returns output which I need in C#, and the C# code will be constantly calling the Python code.

The reason it isn't working is because you have UseShellExecute = false.
If you don't use the shell, you will have to supply the complete path to the python executable as FileName, and build the Arguments string to supply both your script and the file you want to read.
Also note, that you can't RedirectStandardOutput unless UseShellExecute = false.
I'm not quite sure how the argument string should be formatted for python, but you will need something like this:

Actually its pretty easy to make integration between Csharp (VS) and Python with IronPython. It's not that much complex... As Chris Dunaway already said in answer section I started to build this inegration for my own project. N its pretty simple.
Just follow these steps N you will get your results.
step 1 : Open VS and create new empty ConsoleApp project.
step 2 : Go to tools --> NuGet Package Manager --> Package Manager Console.
step 3 : After this open this link in your browser and copy the NuGet Command.
Link: https://www.nuget.org/packages/IronPython/2.7.9
step 4 : After opening the above link copy the PM>Install-Package IronPython -Version 2.7.9
command and paste it in NuGet Console in VS.
It will install the supportive packages.

I am having problems with stdin/stout - when payload size exceeds several kilobytes it hangs. I need to call Python functions not only with some short arguments, but with a custom payload that could be big.
A while ago, I wrote a virtual actor library that allows to distribute task on different machines via Redis. To call Python code, I added functionality to listen for messages from Python, process them and return results back to .NET.
Here is a brief description of how it works.
It works on a single machine as well, but requires a Redis instance. Redis adds some reliability guarantees - payload is stored until a worked acknowledges completion. If a worked dies, the payload is returned to a job queue and then is reprocessed by another worker.
