Hey ill keep this brief since its a basic question, is there anyway to solve for X using C#

There is no built in way to solve equations in .NET. Symbolic equation parsing/solving is something for advanced math libraries (heck, it wasn't even in TI calculators until the TI-89).
The following libraries may be of use:

ok, I went to the SFML official website, but there are no SFML tutorials in C#. There are only some for C++, which I do not know, and I do not know how to use that tutorial with C#
If you download the SMFL.Net distribution, you'll find documentation and examples within the archive. Translating the C++ tutorials into C# should be rather easy with that documentation.

Actually, I have no idea how to link them.
Please can you help me
Use the System.Runtime.InteropServices-namespace like described here: https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms235282.aspx
Good examples are http://www.dotnetperls.com/dllimport or https://drthitirat.wordpress.com/2013/05/30/combine-gui-of-c-with-c-codes/

I am taking part in a project where I got to write a program which takes as an input XSLT file and return proper C# code. Besides It is really something new for me I don't know how to get started. Could anyone give me some prompts how to strike up with this project?Thanks in advance!
Well Microsoft has xsltc to compile a stylesheet to a .NET assembly. You could use a tool like Reflector to decompile the assembly to C# code.

Is there any way to make a musical note in C# / javascript? So you specify frequency, pitch, etc. and it plays something?
C#, yes. JavaScript, not really (you could use Ajax and the HTML5 <audio /> tag but that's not really a great idea).
In C#, you would do:
Console.Beep(frequencyInHertz, durationInMilliseconds);
. There are also various other ways to do about the same thing.
