how to make a local report processing work on client system

Am having an error showing report printing on client computer including my very own computer after have published the application. See the errors information below
SqlServerTypes.Utilities.LoadNativeAssemblies(AppDomain.CurrentDomain.BaseDirectory);
this code up there was asked by me to put on the main entry point of the application when i install report viewer runtime on my vs2019 enterprise which i did.

so how do i show the report on client system?? or how should i have specified the report path, this is a winforms application.

So I had follow the link Pete gave me and noticed that some folders are not in the publish folder. So I had to edit the csproj file of the project. You can access it by
1.right click on solution folder view, switch views to folder views and u should be able to see the projectname.csproj.
2. Click on it and close to the end of file, you should start seeing
<ItemGroup>blablabla</ItemGroup>
So write the code there
<ItemGroup>
<Content Include="foldername\**" CopyToPublishDirectory="Always"/>
</ItemGroup>
That all using Pete code to get the path of your folder

The full path to the report does not look valid:
For the executing path, I use BaseDirectory:
System.AppDomain.CurrentDomain.BaseDirectory()
Instead of manually concatenating the path, use Path.Combine

REGDB E CLASSNOTREG HRESULT: 0X80040154 while deploying a C# App

Good Evening Geniuses,
I'm in serious need of help.
I've got a program created in C# that works well in Visual Studios 2010(platform target x86) debug. its setup also works well on my PC.
Although it uses a third party dll(GrFingerX.dll) which is a .COM component
The problem occurs when i try to deploy it on other PCs, The setup gives a
`Module C:\ProgramFiles\FAF\GrFingerX.dll failed to register HRESULT -2147024770`
while installing
Also if i choose to ignore this and continue with the setup, it installs but gives this error on opening

All this occur if i install on another PC other than mine(x64 bit PC).
Although my guess is the GrfingerX.dll isnt registering on other machines(. Id like to know how to make the deployment work while registering automatically .dll file in other PCs.

Location of Microsoft access database for windows form when creating setup file using installshield

I have developed windows form which uses Microsoft Access Database.
During development i have put database file in root folder with in project.
When i run application through visual studio, it run fine but when i create installation file and install it in my system i get following error.
When i create the installation file my database location is
Data Source=|DataDirectory|\Database.accdb
How can i solve this?

I guess, the error is not about the connectionString or something about your database, I say, because if that error is about the database path it should be like this image
If that error is like that image. Try place your database and application in the same folder.
Okay I found out, you clearly place the database in the wrong place.. try to move that database in the bin folder

i cannot run my application on another pc

I wrote a program with c# and i use database as local database and entityframework. I finished program and created an installer project to deploy it. I included database (.sdf) file to Model folder in installer project and included all dll files to Application folder from C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server Compact Edition\v3.5
my connection string is like this in App.Config file:

You have to install SQL Server Compact 3.5 runtime on the Machine. You can include the installer of the compact edition into your own installer.

The correct version of SQL CE 3.5 is not installed on the PC
Also need to check whether the system is a 32 bit or 64 bit OS, Accordingly install the setup

Verify that target computer has SQL Server Compact 3.5 installed and model files are in place: Model.Model1.csdl;Model.Model1.res;Model.Model1.ssdl;Model.Model1.msl.

C# - updating database file in C:/ or C:/folder causes fatal readonly file error

I have a database file in my C:/ directory (which I have also tried putting in the C:/CustomerApp_C directory). I can run the application and it loads the data just fine. However when I change some data and click Save it comes up with "Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. bla bla bla"... "Failed to update database "path" because the database is read-only".
It then gives me this in the details:

I have checked the file properties and all 3 (the folder, database file and database log file) have the read-only checkbox unchecked. Logically this makes me thing it must be writable... but oh no it isnt..!
I have tried the following, as suggested in a Google search:
File.SetAttributes(#"C:\CustomerApp_C\Data.mdf", FileAttributes.Normal);
File.SetAttributes(#"C:\CustomerApp_C\Data_log.ldf", FileAttributes.Normal);
Using these two lines prevents the application from even showing on screen - even though I have put it after the rest of the code.
Does anyone have any idea as to whats going on here? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
By the way my username (and the clients username, when this is finished) has administrator permissions.

If you're working on windows 7, your should remember that writing to the root directory in that OS requires administrator rights (for the writing process).

You possibly do not have permission to write it C:\
Try running your app as administrator

Try right-clicking on the file, choose properties, and then choose the security pane. Make sure that the user running your app (probably yourself) has write access to the file.

Does the database have to live on the C drive or a directory created in C:\? Also, which version of Windows are you developing on? More recent versions make it difficult to create files outside of the user's Documents directory as a security precaution.

Assuming SQL Server based on the stack trace.
Try:
go into SQL Server Management Studio
right click the database choose
properties select the "options" page
scroll down and check whether the state of the database is Read-Only.

Try it,
Set security of your Data.mdf and Data_log.ldf files to Everyone ,full permission.
