The autofill works for the static text box, but not the dynamic one.
User needs to be able to add as many rows as necessary, and each text box should pull from the same table. There are too many records in the table to use a simple drop down... Any ideas?

This happens because you are adding the same instance of MyCourseData in the list with value changing in every iteration.
You need to create new instance of MyCourseData for every iteration,

How do I load data into combobox from database? I want to display the supportID into the combobox in the form. the code I am using is pasted here. I am calling BindData() in the formload. Ia m getting exception as: Cannot bind to the new display member.

The DataSource for your combobox should be a DataTable in this case, try this:

Or better, you should fill data into a DataTable instead of a DataSet like this:
