Google URL Shortner API Setting Service Parameters in C# - c#

I'm using the Google URL Shortner API, https://code.google.com/p/google-api-dotnet-client/wiki/APIs#URL_Shortener_API, and need to set the quotaUser parameter. This should be do-able via the service.ServiceParameters dictionary and quotaUser is already a key in the dictionary, but it's read only so I can't set the value of quotaUser to what I need it to be. Any thoughts on how to accomplish this? I don't see why they would provide the dictionary but then no way to set the values in it.

Each service request contains QuotaUser property, so you can set as you want.
For example look in following sample code:

No overload for method 'ImageAnnotatorClient.Create' takes 1 arguments

I am using Google.Cloud.Vision.V1, Version=2.0.0.0 and the following below code from Google Vision API specify JSON file

But for some reason, it's not working( unable to see the overload)
It seems that you are using newer version of API. Docs state that now authentication is set up(when needed) via environment variable:
Otherwise, the simplest way of authenticating your API calls is to download a service account JSON file then set the GOOGLE_APPLICATION_CREDENTIALS environment variable to refer to it. The credentials will automatically be used to authenticate. See the Getting Started With Authentication guide for more details.
So you can do something like this:
Environment.SetEnvironmentVariable("GOOGLE_APPLICATION_CREDENTIALS", "PathTo_VisionProject.json");
var client = ImageAnnotatorClient.Create();
Or set this environment variable some other way.
While setting the environment variable is certainly a simple way of specifying which service account file to use, it's not the only one. You can use the builder to specify the path very easily:
var client = new ImageAnnotatorClientBuilder
{
CredentialsPath = "VisionProject.json"
}.Build();
Another solution if you do not have access to the JSON file directly and you want to stay close to what you previously did with the GoogleCredential and Channel creation is something like:
var credential = GoogleCredential.FromFile("VisionProject.json");
// or if you have access to the content only
// var credential = GoogleCredential.FromJson(json);
var client = await new ImageAnnotatorClientBuilder

How do I set quotaUser on a DetectDocumentText call in C#?

I'm using the Google Vision API in C#. I want to set a quota on the number of calls I make on behalf of a user. The documentation says to use the quotaUser parameter in the request. However, I can't figure out where I can specify `quotaUser in the C# API.

This is the working code I have, which I'd like to modify to pass in a quotaUser value:

CustomVision API returns "Operation returned an invalid status code: 'NotFound'"

I am using the Nuget package Microsoft.Azure.CognitiveServices.Vision.CustomVision.Prediction
I have created a Custom Vision application in the Custom Vision portal and obtained API keys and a project ID.
Whenever I try to make a request to the API, I always get the following exception thrown:
HttpOperationException: Operation returned an invalid status code
'NotFound'
Here is my code:

I have tried several different endpoints:

https://southcentralus.api.cognitive.microsoft.com/customvision/v1.1/Prediction
though on the portal the listed one is the first of the list. I have also succesfuly exported my app on Azure, which gives me the second endpoint in the list but with no more success.
I have also set a default iteration as suggested in a similar issue that I found ( CustomVision: Operation returned an invalid status code: 'NotFound' ).
I have tried this sample https://github.com/Microsoft/Cognitive-CustomVision-Windows/tree/master/Samples/CustomVision.Sample which uses a deprecated windows client, to at least ensure my project information are correct and I was able to access the API.
Any insight would be appreciated
For the .NET client SDK, you need to specify the base endpoint URL without the version or the rest of the path. The version is automatically added by the client SDK. In other words, you'll want (assuming SouthCentralUS is your region):

As an aside, note that unless you want to fine-tune the behavior, you don't need to pass in an HttpClient object to CustomVisionPredictionClient constructor.

How to use the Prediction API
If you have an image URL:
your endpoint would be something like this
https://southcentralus.api.cognitive.microsoft.com/customvision/v2.0/Prediction/{Project-GUID}/url?iterationId={Iteration-ID}
Set Prediction-Key Header to : predictionId
Set Content-Type Header to : application/json

Or If you have an image file:
Endpoint would be like
https://southcentralus.api.cognitive.microsoft.com/customvision/v2.0/Prediction/{ProjectGuid}/image?iterationId={Iteration-Id}
Set Prediction-Key Header to : Predcition-key
Set Content-Type Header to : application/octet-stream
Set Body to : <image file>
Remember, you can mark an iteration as Default so you can send data to it without specifying an iteration id. You can then change which iteration your app is pointing to without having to update your app.

Zendesk - How to get users based on roles?

I am using Elizabeth's wrapper from https://github.com/mozts2005/ZendeskApi_v2
I want to pull a list of agents. I don't see any built in Function that will allow that.
I have tried using the endpoint of /api/v2/users.json?role=agent with the GetAllUsers() function but it still returns all of them.
Right now, I am going to add a custom field to be able to search for them, but that should not be the case, especially since Zendesk's API does have an option for returning users based on their role: /api/v2/users.json?role[]=admin&role[]=end-user
Can anyone help me out?

Google PageSpeed API dotnet .net

I have set up a basic C# application to run a PageSpeed test on a website that I specify using the Google.Apis.Pagespeedonline.v2 nuget package.
The set up is simple enough and I have a variable that I can specify the url which is then past in to the Service

The problem being the .Runpagespeed method ONLY accepts URL. I need to be able to specify, at minimum, the 'Mobile' strategy so I can obtain scores for both Desktop and Mobile. I know this is possible in other libraries but seems to be missing in .NET. Is anybody aware of a way to do this using the .NET library? In the reference documentation it implies that the method accepts further optional parameters but it does not in the code.
Pagespeedapi: runpagespeed has an optional value called strategy
strategy string The analysis strategy to use
Acceptable values are: "desktop": Fetch and analyze the URL for
desktop browsers "mobile": Fetch and analyze the URL for mobile
devices
Example:
