Is someone know any .NET Winform control which look like this button control?
QPushButton:

You have several options here. You aren't specific about exactly which part of the platform you are using, but if using Winforms, you can certainly customize the buttons to some extent.
If you are using WPF, you can pretty much make it look exactly like you want in XAML. Check out Expression Blend.
As #Dimitri put it, the sky is the limit, but you may need to do the leg work.
You can create custom controls according your need and have its reference added to your project. you will have it added to your toolbox that you can use.
If you are refering to a button that is located on this example form:
We currently finishing our own application that has rather similar looking buttons. We did this by using a third party component. Steps are:
We purchased DevExpress.com's WinForms library.
We developed our own DevExpress Skin (with the help of an external screen design guy)
This was a bit of a work and some amount of money but the results look pretty neat.

Ive been working on a C# project for a while now and I fell it needs change its look.
I have found a UI kit that I really like, which can be seen below:
http://medialoot.com/item/transparent-ui-kit/
Does anyone know how to do this?
Thanks
EDIT: Im using WinForms
EDIT2: Maybe I should convert over to WPF? Is this doable?
You can subclass most common controls and draw their appearance yourself. However, unless for novelty applications I doubt your users will thank you for doing so.
Your example is a library of controls. For you to have an appearance such as that you'll have to create or acquire a similar library of controls and replace all your controls in your project to get that appearance.
If you want to update colors (background, foreground, etc.) and such you can make a class that recurses through controls and sets the settings using reflection and a switch statement to process each control. Then just run this on each form before you show it. One word of caution about this, some controls don't respect your changes and get overridden with themes from the OS (datetimerpicker being the biggest culprit). You'll also need to consider whether your users will appreciate the extra work put in for color/appearance changes.
If you don't have very good design skill and have a good know how about creating such templates, its better to buy them.
And C# is just a language. You're looking to create templates and skins for either for ASP.NET website/application or for windows forms.
Have a look at DevExpress Skins
If you can afford it.
I want to implement sjf (Scheduling) with c# and I need timeline for show how it workes. For example in this timeslice that process do its job. I want to show it graphically.
How I can do that?
Something like this :
i can implement, i just dont know how to show it graphically like that.it is windows form app in c#
To graphically display a schedule as you describe, using WinForms / C#, consider using a Gannt chart control.
Don't try building the control yourself, there are good off-the-shelf controls that are robust, low priced, well supported and have loads of sample code.
Telerik for example: http://www.telerik.com/products/winforms/chart.aspx
I mentioned Telerik as I've used their WinForms, WPF and ASP.Net controls before, they have plenty of different snippets of sample code, so it's easy to test out and they are well maintained with regular updates. Get a trial copy, see how it works for you and then go from there.
There are many others sources of Gannt controls, see previous StackOverflow topic: Gantt Chart Controls on Windows Forms
I need to create an interface similar to this mock-up (sorry, drawing is not my thing). It was impossible for me to create " the component" in the second column, the one with the link-buttons and and the formatted text. Is there any way to do this or some third-party component to do something similar?
The mock-up
This should be easily possible using Template Field (this is assuming that you are talking about ASP.NET application)
I think that you're looking into the DataRepeater control
It is part of the VIsual Basic Power ToolPack but it is a .net control so it will work from C# as well.
Here is a detailed video showing an example of almost exactly what you're trying to accomplish.

I need to design a calendar control which should be added to our companie's application (I know there's already quite a lot calendar controls but I shall develop our own one...).
How should I start, should I use a kind of table to display the days or should I completely draw my own grid? How can I do this (I do not need rdy-to-use code, I just need some ideas...)
The application is written in C# as a WindowsForms application (thanks for the hint, forgot to mention this in first case...)
Seeing your comment about WinForms and:
I need to develop an own one because it must be integrated in an already existent application, I need full access in means of style and functionality
makes me suggest to use ready project http://www.codeproject.com/KB/selection/MonthCalendar.aspx and modify it if necessary. I use it in my own little project and it works like a charm. It provides full source if necessary so you can integrate it easily and modify if you think it's not fit enough.
In the end if you end up not using it, you can peak at the sources and functionality it implements and do it your own way.
To me redoing it from scratch is a bit pointless especially with such a good / free one.
If you are developing a web application then I would seriously look at using jquery. A good calendar control should be done client side so I would be looking at some form of java script solution. If you look at jquery-calendar.js as a good example you will see the complexity involved in developing your own control.
I'm starting my first C# project, and I want to make a "form designer" (like the one in VS).
The idea is, there will be a visual form designer with a limited toolbox, which will generate Python code (later more) to create the same form.
Problem is, I have no idea how to even get started. First of all, I have the form designer in VS: how do I make a "form-within-a-form?"
Next... I have no idea how complicated this is going to be. I suppose I could just make little boxes appear beside each control created on the form when it is clicked, for resizing, and make a textbox appear on it when double clicked or something, to change the text in it... Things like this.
So another thing I would like to know is this:
I do have programming experience in C and C++, I've done PHP for a number of years and am starting with Python as of recently. I've generated forms dynamically in VB6. Given this experience, am I in way over my head with this project?
this looks like a really good place to start. It has a pretty good example to get you started. You can even download his source (registration required).
It sounds like you're aware it's non-trivial for a C# first-timer. If you keep it pretty simple, it sounds like you're heading in the right direction (although a web-based form designer might be easier).
SharpDevelop would be an example of a full-featured IDE that can be re-purposed, but that's way over the top.
Good luck!
For most people starting out in C#, this project would be too much. With your VB6 background, you may be able to pull it off, though.
Here's a hint: the Visual Studio Windows Forms designer draws controls on its surface - by asking the controls to draw themselves.
