stackpanel highlight on mouse over from code behind - c#

From code behind I can set some generic things to my groupbox and stackpanel but I cant find anything on how to highlight a stack panel from code behind.

I wish to on mouse over create a highlight of a ligher grey, also this code belongs to a customcontrol.

Adding textboxes over the panel height

So I need to add textboxes to a panel with a click of a button. Every click adds one textbox under the last one and so on. But when it goes over the panel height it suddenly makes bigger space between the texboxes even though the int is still the same.
Here's my code so far.

The Top of a Control is calculated relative to the scroll position of its Parent.
You are always scrolling to the bottom of your Panel, so you need to set it like this, taking the curent scroll position into account:
tb.Top = tbY + panel1.AutoScrollPosition.Y;
Note that the AutoScrollPosition.Y is negative when you have scrolled downward, so we need to add it!
You might as well use a flowLayoutPanel for this purpose. Use the following properties on your flowLayoutPanel and it'll work as you intend. (without having to do the manual calculation)

I'm trying to use LINQ to get access to the grid being programatically updated above:

I'm not seeing they type of options you would for a cell. I want to to access a particular rows PercentComplete TextBlock so I can update the text. How do I accomplish this?
Since there's only one StackPanel you could say e => e.GetType() == typeof(StackPanel). If you ever have many, then add a Name to the StackPanel and pull it by that.

Here you can see that i have no access of of "lines" and "txtblk1ShowStatus" in the List_SelectionChanged(object sender, SelectionChangedEventArgs e) function. And i cannot declate the button and list globally because this function GenerateList(...) will be reused and it's just coded in c# (no xaml used).Please let me know how to do that and also explain how to do that if you have another way to do but please explain your code with detail
I think a lambda expression will help you solve your issues (you might need to edit it):

C# How to create a label onClick on a canvas

What I am looking for is for the user to
1. click on the canvas
2. a new label show up and the user can enter text.
3. When the user clicks elsewhere or hit enter the labels is finished editing.
This is what I have so far...

Try setting the textbox width to Double.NaN. This will give you an "Auto" width. To get rid of the border, set the textbox's borderthickness to 0. See below:

The method Buscar() is returning the list as it should, but when i click on the button it doesn't do anything, not even the paint to white on the constructor happens actually.

You're doing some pretty shady stuff in your code behind that i'm used to seeing and should be done in xaml. Change this
gridResult = myGrid;
to
gridResult.Children.Add(myGrid);
I don't think you can just change references of static UI elements like that.
