Does anyone know aobut HSMs supporting C#? I googled and got 3 vendors. But there's no information given on there sites about whether they support C# and I would like to know the prices also.
The three HSM vendors:
AEP Keyper
Safenet Luna
Thales nShield
Any suggestions appreciated!

An additional vendor that is missing on your list above is Utimaco, make sure to visit http://hsm.utimaco.com - they also offer a HSM-simulator to test the integration which can be downloaded from their website after registering.
I looked at Sentinel HASP a while ago.
They provide a comprehensive SDK, and support .NET languages. The SDK is free and comes with 1 USB hardware key.
If you phone/email they will give you advice on pricing. it depends on the volume you are using.
C# can use Windows's Cryptographic Service Providers. Any HSM with Windows support will supply a CSP module, and so you'll be able to use any of these from C# - that's unlikely to be an issue.
I suspect you'll have to contact the individual suppliers for pricing.

I currently use team foundation server as a source control, however, its database located on my computer, and I want it to be somewhere on the internet, on a small freeware cloud perhaps.
Is there any free source control systems, which has build-in VS2012 support and free repository storage? What are they?
I have googled a bit, but it is a little hard to detect is the system supports internet-hosted repositories and VS2012 support. I need opinions of real users.
One option is Microsoft's Team Foundation Service, which is hosted TFS and free for small teams.
You might take a look at Perforce. Their partner Assembla has cloud-based Perforce depots, free for up to something like 20 users.

We're getting ready to deploy a commercial application. Our software makes use of several other libraries, which have licenses ranging from the Code Project Open License (CPOL), the LGPL, the Apache License, and the MIT License
We want to comply with all of these licenses, obviously, but we're a small outfit that doesn't have a legal department to help us out with these things. Currently, as all the libraries are dynamically linked, and not embedded into the executable, I think we're mostly in the clear. Our project is closed-source, and is intended to be sold, and possibly resold by those we provide it to.
In the source code that uses these libraries, we've placed the related license at the head of the file.
In our About Box, we've placed the licenses as well (Is this step necessary)
Would we also need to include a LICENSE file upon distribution of our software?

I already have code for a ftp server. I am following this code. Now my requirement is to create a ftps server. But my problem is I dont know anything about it. I googled for it. But did not find any useful help. Any suggestion or book name will be greatly appreciated.

The wikipedia page on FTPS is useful as an overview. I believe there are a few commercial libraries available for implementing an FTP/SSL server in C#, although I'm not familiar with them. Examples:

I don't know of any open-source alternatives. You might try looking at open-source implementations in other languages. Examples:
FileZilla Server - C++
Apache FtpServer - Java (has support for TLS/SSL)

i have 200 terminals (Windows-mobile) that connect to the server Through WIFI
how i can transfer any file to all of them ?
is there any tool or can i get any C# sample code for this ?

You should write some sw on the mobiles to sink the file instead of pushing on them. So each user can ask the server for transfer the file. If the file you need to transfer is a deploy of an application, you can even consider some strategy of auto upgrade as described here: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa446487.aspx
You could create a log-on script assuming you have Active Directory and a friendly system administrator.

Microsoft have a non-free tool called System Center Configuration Manager that will do what you want. You need to install the client app on the phones first, then they poll the server for updates.
This is likely to be massive overkill for what you want but it's hard to be sure from the question.

Aspell-net is a port of the GNU Aspell for .Net Framework. The library itself is open source, and is under the LGPL license, but the english dictionary for aspell is mentioned as copyrighted on the sourceforge.net project home page at http://aspell-net.sourceforge.net/
Did any of you guys use aspell-net before? and what license did you release your software under? The project I work on is a commercial one, and do you guys forsee any problem? Should I pay for the aspell english dictionary?

If you download the English dictionary for aspell, in the archive there is a "Copyright" file. From what I see, it's free to use. There are some provisions to include the copyright note, but I would guess it's only if you distribute it.

I am not a lawyer, but I see that Opera, which want to remain closed source, just points to Gnu Aspell and their dictionaries and tell the users to install them by themselves, when they try to use the spell checker... Thus they remain in neutral waters.
Not sure if it is a viable solution for you. Now, if you want to distribute the dictionary, you can contact the owners of the dictionary to see if they will grant you a license.
