App_GlobalResources Compilation Error on Apache - c#

I wrote an ASP.NET application and am running it on apache with mod mono. I get this error when trying to run it. It runs fine in Visual Studio and Mono Develop
Compilation Error
Description: Error compiling a resource required to service this request. Review your source file and modify it to fix this error.
Compiler Error Message:
App_GlobalResources.383ec40d.resources.dll
I have resx files in App_GlobalResources. Not sure why I am getting this.

I am not sure what caused the original problem but I did get around it by precompilling my webapp using:
aspnet_compiler -p physicalOrRelativePath -v / targetPath

Xamarin.Forms to .NET MAUI Migration Tool Error

When I CD to my path and run "upgrade-assistant upgrade My sln here", it runs the assistant and I choose 1 (I use interactive mode as its easier to see errors) and it acts like it will convert but then it errors out with "unexpected error applying step System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Access to the path "Path to android csproj" is denied".
I have tried running PowerShell as administrator and normal multiple times with the same outcome. Any suggestions? Thank you for the help.

An error has occurred during web site deployment in App Service Editor

I made some changes in the QnAMakerBasDialog.cs file, in trying to edit the default threshold. I did not change any other thing. When I tried deploying my changes at first, I was not getting the expected response and so I went back the editor to reverse my changes. It was at this point I started getting this error message.
I need help in reversing all changes if possible but most expecially in getting "test web chart" and all my channels working again.
Please see error message error:
kindly note that I tried this in the kudu console but still got the same error message

Surprisingly, I also encountered this problem. I also encountered this problem in Buid after modifying the Azure Bot code!
Even with this error, my build is successful

Can i build C# projects on Ubuntu with Jenkins?

We have Jenkins running on an Ubuntu OS 18.04.01 LTS and an older project written in C# / .NET 4.5
The application was always build manually in the past and I would like to use Jenkins to introduce CI so nobody needs to build the project manually anymore. The application does not have to run on Linux or anything like that, we just need the buildfiles (executables and DLL files). Is it possible to build this C# solution with Jenkins on Ubuntu?
I know about MONO and XBUILD but actually I can't manage to build the project under ubuntu because of different issues which do not happen under Windows, e.g. see here:
UserControls/ExpandablePanel.cs(33,35): error CS1043: Invalid accessor body `=>', expecting `;' or `{'
UserControls/ExpandablePanel.cs(33,66): error CS1043: Invalid accessor body `=>', expecting `;' or `{'
UserControls/ExpandablePanel.cs(35,41): error CS1043: Invalid accessor body `=>', expecting `;' or `{'
UserControls/ExpandablePanel.cs(37,40): error CS1043: Invalid accessor body `=>', expecting `;' or `{'
UserControls/ExpandablePanel.cs(133,22): error CS1644: Feature `pattern matching' cannot be used because it is not part of the C# 6.0 language specification
UserControls/PagedDataGridView.cs(441,68): error CS1043: Invalid accessor body `=>', expecting `;' or `{'

Is it even possible or do I definitely need to run Jenkins on a Windows machine?
It is possible. You can build C# project on Linux/Ubuntu. Try building using mono. When you will install mono package, one of the binaries that you will get will be xbuild. To build just invoke the following command:
xbuild <path to csproj/solution file>
Try building this manually first and then integrate with jenkins.

Error : ts-loader: Using typescript#1.8.10 azure deployment

I'm using aspnetcore template , with React + Redux and webpack, when im using publish
Severity Code Description Project File Line Suppression State
Error ts-loader: Using typescript#1.8.10 and
C:\Users\nomorethrow\Documents\Visual Studio
2015\Projects\EPWeb\tsconfig.json EPWeb 0
i dont know how to resolve this, in node.js all works well (dotnet run etc), but in visual studio i get error
I remove 2 line in project.json. It can deploy
"node node_modules/webpack/bin/webpack.js --config webpack.config.vendor.js",
"node node_modules/webpack/bin/webpack.js"
But I have another error when access the deploy version: "Win32Exception: The system cannot find the file specified StartCore" I don't know it have relation or not (Cannot run asp.net core, angular 2, server side rendering project in server)
Ok, I don't know why publish treats this information as error and fails but for me the solution was to set silent mode in ts-loader webpack configuration.

Error deploying to AWS through visual studio

My co-worker is able to deploy our projects to AWS Elastic beanstalk fine. However I have issues on both my work machine and my home laptop. Both computers have the same error in AWS window pane.
I get a pop up as follows:
Deployment of the website failed due to errors during build of the deployment archive,
check visual studio output window 'Build' and/ or 'Amazon Web Service' panes for more details.
Then in the amazon window pane I get a different error everytime I try to run the deployment.
Example 1:
...package build 'CopyPipelineFiles': error in 'C:\Program Files (x86)\MSBuild\Microsoft\VisualStudio\v12.0\Web\Microsoft.Web.Publishing.targets' at (1413,5): Copying file Web.config to obj\AmazonDev\TransformWebConfig\original\Web.config failed. Could not find file 'Web.config'.
Example 2:
...package build 'TransformXml': error in 'C:\Users\Andrew\colony\colony-website\Colony.Web\Colony.Web.csproj' at (840,5): Could not open Transform file: Could not find file 'C:\Users\Andrew\colony\colony-website\Colony.Model\Web.AmazonDev.config'.
Seems to be a different error each time -- I'm not sure how to even begin to look for any issues.
Jim Flangagan's comment is the answer: ReSharper 8.2 is causing this problem. To resolve either disable resharper ( Tools>Options>ReSharper>General>Suspend Now) or upgrade Resharper.
