I'm working on a code generation tool where the output is display in a tag and wondered if anyone knew of a CSS stylesheet that would format the output. My rendering engine is Javascript based and I'd like to continue perform all operations of rendering client side.
JavaScript isn't client side? Or am I not understanding your question?
you may want to look at Google Prettify, which, if I remember correctly, is what StackOverflow uses
You could take a look at http://alexgorbatchev.com/wiki/SyntaxHighlighter . It is web based, open source, and uses separate CSS style sheets for formatting and highlighting. Not sure if it is exactly what you want, but maybe worth a look.

Can anyone suggest me some websites to learn WPF Application Framework (WAF ) for beginner ? I haved read here http://waf.codeplex.com/. But its not show up any tutorial links even Google.
Look around on MSDN, they have lots of good tutorials. In particular I would recommend this article.
In general though, just try stuff. Create a simple application, hook it up to a simple view model, and once you get something working, start changing small pieces to make it do what you want. In my experience that is always the best way to learn a new technology!

I am looking for a professional tool that will enable me to implement an excel like formula engine.
I require support for custom functions, an editor (in winforms or WPF) which gives a descent user experience (Intellisense , auto complete, partial evaluation of the formula etc...)
All I could find so far are just back-end projects such as:
http://www.codeproject.com/Articles/17853/Implementing-an-Excel-like-formula-engine
http://www.codeproject.com/Articles/57264/Eval3-wrapper
And those do not provide any client side , only backend engine.
There are some Excel-formula-engines out there (mostly commercial) - but since you need a frontend too the only one I know of is SpreadsheetGear. Hope this helps...
Spreadsheetgear is one of the more established products. According to their site Microsoft also use their product?? It's expensive though.

I have looked into JInt, IronJS, and Windows Script Host and can not see which would be better to use for calling user generated JavaScripts which call in an API I will be creating.
JInt seems to be the winner at present due to it also offerring debugging abilities, however WSH seems plausible. I just can't see how it would work even having read many tutorials on how it is implemented.
Lastly JInt claims the CodeDomProvider technique leads to memory leaks, apart from this reference I haven't found anything else to back this up. Has anyone else experienced this?
There is a project which is called Script#. Have a look and see if that's what you wanted.

I'm looking for an open source (GPL, LGPL etc) graph layout library for .net framework, preferably fully managed code. Im not worried about the visualisation aspect of things.
I can find lots of them for Java, but none for .net...
Thanks!
http://graphsharp.codeplex.com/ (Nice "visualisation aspect of things" :)
(...and for the "oldie" GraphViz, you can get no less than 3 language bindings for C#)
http://satsumagraph.sourceforge.net
Has force-directed graph layout (charged particles & springs model).

Tried it before...works great.

I'm looking to create emails, mainly HTML, based on templates -
I'd really like to do something like:
Set up my template, as an HTML (or
similar) file
Include tags, that are then replaced with specific data (kind of like mail-merge....)
I've seen this:
http://www.bitethebullet.co.uk/EmailTemplateFramework/tabid/58/Default.aspx
From searching on stack overflow, i understand nVelocity might be another option? But i can't find any examples to do what i want to do...
Any other suggestions?
This kind of functionality is already built in. See MailDefinition class. For more complex scenarios you might want to consider something like NVelocity. I've had a lot of success with StringTemplate's C# port.
I've just released an open source project for precisely this purpose. You can read some more details and grab the source code from my blog.
