Even if it requires manual input. Is there any good-enough option available?
I don't know anything about this site, but a little googling found this.
If it was in managed C++ or C++/CLI, you could compile it and then disassemble the assembly into C# using a tool like Reflector. Of course, that's not open source but maybe you can find an open source Reflector-style tool?
If it's native C++, that's much more difficult.

I'm trying to write my own LDAP Client Library.
Would you like to give me some examples of such libraries which use OOP.
They can be written in C++, Java, C#, etc.

In java, LDAP can be connected through javax.naming.ldap.* packages which comes in standard distribution. I found the following two links, where in you can get sample codes.

I was wondering of there is a command in FreeBSD like "javac" to compile C#, VB and Pascal.

You should probably take a look at the Mono project, and specifically Mono:FreeBSD
Installing that should at the very least let you compile and run C# applications.
If you install the "fpc" port, you can use "fpc" to compile pascal.

please does anyone know if there is c# library for formatting C based codes? I'm writing some code generators for myself and it would be nice to have code which comes out of my app formatted. I was looking for some but it's hard to find.

I'm looking to consume Intel's Digital Random Number Generator (the RDRAND instruction in Ivy Bridge) from a C# assembly. I've looked at cpp libs but I was hoping there was a more "managed" solution. Any ideas?

You can download and compile (link, etc) your own. If you know someone who knows C++, write some extern methods for P/Invokes from C#.

I'm looking for an open source (GPL, LGPL etc) graph layout library for .net framework, preferably fully managed code. Im not worried about the visualisation aspect of things.
I can find lots of them for Java, but none for .net...
