RadioButton customization - c#

I've been trying to customize a radio button on my wp-app, but cant really get the hang of this. I want to change the normal radio button aspect with a image for checked, and another for unchecked.
So far i just have teh default template:
<Style x:Key="RadioButtonStyle_Paino_on" BasedOn="{StaticResource PhoneRadioButtonCheckBoxBase}" TargetType="RadioButton">
<Setter Property="Template">
<Setter.Value>
<ControlTemplate TargetType="RadioButton">

</ObjectAnimationUsingKeyFrames>
<ObjectAnimationUsingKeyFrames Storyboard.TargetProperty="Fill" Storyboard.TargetName="CheckMark">
<DiscreteObjectKeyFrame KeyTime="0" Value="{StaticResource PhoneButtonBasePressedForegroundBrush}"/>
</ObjectAnimationUsingKeyFrames>
</Storyboard>
</VisualState>
<VisualState x:Name="Disabled">
<Storyboard>
<ObjectAnimationUsingKeyFrames Storyboard.TargetProperty="Stroke" Storyboard.TargetName="CheckBackground">

</Grid>
</ControlTemplate>
</Setter.Value>
</Setter>
</Style>
Can someone point me out in the right direction?
Best regards,
José Correia

All you need to do is change two Ellipses for Images and remove unused animations.

Why after selected when hover back to original color

It returns back to the original color even if selected when hover on it.
Why? How can I fix it?
This is the xaml:
I think it because the animation called even if it selected and canceled the selected color.

You have one element with the name fillColor, and you have two different VisualStates that both manipulate it. And each of those states will set the opacity to 0.35 while active, and each of them will set it back to 0.00 as soon as the state is going inactive again.
You need to have separate elements to indicate the respective states with. Otherwise your states will always mess with each others visual representation.

Remove Underline from HyperlinkButton in UWP XAML

I need to remove the underline in the content of HyperLinkButton.
TextDecorations does not exist in this XAML element.
<HyperlinkButton x:Name="BtnTeste"
Width="100" Height="50" BorderThickness="1"
HorizontalAlignment="Center"
Foreground="Black" Background="#ffffff"
NavigateUri="www.google.com"
Content="Execute" />
This underline is not exposed inside the HyperlinkButton style. Fortunately, you can easily override its ContentTemplate to get rid of it.
<HyperlinkButton Content="my link">
<HyperlinkButton.ContentTemplate>
<DataTemplate>
<TextBlock Text="{Binding}" />
</DataTemplate>
</HyperlinkButton.ContentTemplate>
</HyperlinkButton>
Just make like this:
<HyperlinkButton>
<TextBlock Text="Blahblah" />
</HyperlinkButton>
To change the appearance of the button you have to apply a different template. The default template can be found in MSDN. To remove the underline you have to change the TextDecoration property of the "UnderlineTextBlock" in the template from "Underline" to "None".
<Style TargetType="HyperlinkButton">
<Setter Property="Foreground" Value="#FF73A9D8" />
<Setter Property="Padding" Value="2,0,2,0"/>
<Setter Property="Cursor" Value="Hand"/>

You can apply the template by declaring it as a resource of your page and referencing it from your button.
Declaring a new style:
<Page.Resources>
<Style x:Key="NoUnderlineHyperlinkButtonStyle" TargetType="HyperlinkButton">
<!--template from above here-->
</Style>
</Page.Resources>
Referencing it:
<HyperlinkButton Style="{StaticResource NoUnderlineHyperlinkButtonStyle}">No Underline!</HyperlinkButton>
Use style:
<HyperlinkButton Content="link" Style="{ThemeResource TextBlockButtonStyle}"/>

Change the image of buttons when pressed in Windows Phone 8

I set image for button with a code like this
<Button x:Name="btToBackgroundPage" Click="toBackground_Click" Width="250" Height="100" BorderThickness="0">
<Image Source="/Assets/Image/A.png" Stretch="Fill"/>
</Button>
So when i click it, i want to change the Image within button to something like "B.png"
I know i can do it by using pressed event of button and change source of image , but my app have many buttons like that and I just want to know if is there anyway to set that in xaml ?
I don't think you could do that in xaml itself, because somehow you got to have an event handler for your image click event to change the image source of the button.
How to change the background image of button on runtime? would be helpful.
Hope it helps!
This may look little bit complex. But It works fine.

List Box data template with style - On tap change the background color

I am working on Windows Phone 8 application, I have List box with Items in it, for the items i have used DataTemplate, now i have a style as well which i have applied to List as ItemContainerStyle.
Basically this is how it is , i have a list item with default color say grey,now when i tap on that item the color grey should change to red, so that it indicates to user that he has selected that item.
My code works but its not applying as background, instead its being applied as foreground.
List box :
<ListBox Name="listBox"
HorizontalAlignment="Stretch"
ItemTemplate="{StaticResource DefaultTemplate}"
ItemContainerStyle="{StaticResource ListBoxItemStyle}"/>
Data template:
<DataTemplate x:Key="DefaultTemplate">
<Border
Background="#e3e8f0"
Margin="0,2,0,0"
VerticalAlignment="Stretch"
HorizontalAlignment="Stretch">
<Grid Width="Auto"
HorizontalAlignment="Center"
VerticalAlignment="Center">
<TextBlock
Text="{Binding Path=Text}"
HorizontalAlignment="Center"
Padding="10,25,10,25"
TextWrapping="Wrap"
MinHeight="80"
VerticalAlignment="Center"
TextAlignment="Center"
Style="{StaticResource TextStyle}"
Foreground="Black"/>
</Grid>
</Border>
</DataTemplate>
ListBoxItemStyle:
<Style x:Key="ListBoxItemStyle" TargetType="ListBoxItem">
<Setter Property="Background" Value="Transparent"/>
<Setter Property="BorderThickness" Value="0"/>
<Setter Property="BorderBrush" Value="Transparent"/>
<Setter Property="Padding" Value="0"/>

You don't need to override ControlTemplate for that. Override system highlight brush for your ListBox by placing it under ListBox resources if all you want is to change highlight brush for your listBox.
<ListBox>
<ListBox.Resources>
<SolidColorBrush x:Key="{x:Static SystemColors.HighlightBrushKey}"
Color="Red"/>
</ListBox.Resources>
</ListBox>
Update: Okay, since you didn't specify explicitly that you are using Silverlight which is a subset of WPF framework, not all of its API is the same.
For windows phone you want to do something like this

<Setter Property="BorderThickness" Value="0"/>
<Setter Property="BorderBrush" Value="Transparent"/>

How properly get the style made by blend in code behind (windows phone)

I made the style in blend which looks like this and is keeped in xaml side of this screen, it's looks like this:
<phone:PhoneApplicationPage.Resources>
<Style x:Key="TopinsStyle" BasedOn="{StaticResource PhoneButtonBase}" TargetType="ToggleButton">
<Setter Property="Padding" Value="8"/>
<Setter Property="Template">
<Setter.Value>
<ControlTemplate TargetType="ToggleButton">
<Grid Background="Transparent">
<VisualStateManager.VisualStateGroups>
<VisualStateGroup x:Name="CommonStates">
<VisualState x:Name="Normal"/>
<VisualState x:Name="Disabled">
<Storyboard>
<ObjectAnimationUsingKeyFrames Storyboard.TargetProperty="Visibility" Storyboard.TargetName="EnabledBackground">
<DiscreteObjectKeyFrame KeyTime="0">
<DiscreteObjectKeyFrame.Value>
<Visibility>Collapsed</Visibility>
</DiscreteObjectKeyFrame.Value>
</DiscreteObjectKeyFrame>
</ObjectAnimationUsingKeyFrames>
<ObjectAnimationUsingKeyFrames Storyboard.TargetProperty="Visibility" Storyboard.TargetName="DisabledBackground">
<DiscreteObjectKeyFrame KeyTime="0">
<DiscreteObjectKeyFrame.Value>
<Visibility>Visible</Visibility>
</DiscreteObjectKeyFrame.Value>
</DiscreteObjectKeyFrame>
</ObjectAnimationUsingKeyFrames>
</Storyboard>
</VisualState>
</VisualStateGroup>
<VisualStateGroup x:Name="CheckStates">
<VisualState x:Name="Unchecked"/>
<VisualState x:Name="Checked">

</phone:PhoneApplicationPage.Resources>
I need to add the togglebuttons dynamically and here is the part of code
foreach(dbDodatki z in choosenMeal.id_of_ingredients_object)
{
ToggleButton tg = new ToggleButton();
tg.Name = z.Ingredient_name_pl_pl;
tg.Content = z.Ingredient_name_pl_pl;
tg.Foreground = new SolidColorBrush(Color.FromArgb(255,22,65,38));
tg.Background = new SolidColorBrush(Colors.White);
tg.Style = App.Current.Resources["TopinsStyle"] as Style;
tg.IsChecked = true;
wrapWithBtns.Children.Add(tg);
}
but the way I add the style doesn't work. I couldn't find any other way to do this
It's because you put the resource in PhoneApplicationPage's resources, but you are trying to pull it from the application reources.
Either put your style in the Application resources (App.xaml for a wpf application, don't know about a windows phone app), or reference the correct resources.
Assuming the code behind is in PhoneApplicationPage, it should be:
tg.Style = this.Resources["TopinsStyle"] as Style;
