What would be the best way to build a data-navigation like in access-forms in XAML/C#?
Should I build a user control (or even custom control) that I just bind to my collection in which I can put other controls? (hence this question: C# User Control that can contain other Controls (when using it) )
Or can I build something by deriving from then ItemsControl somehow? how?
Or would this be done completely different today (like "this style of navigation is so last year!")?
I'm relatively new to C# and all (not programming as such, but with more like "housewife-language" Access-VBA) also I'm no native english speaker. So pls be gentle =)
You can create user control and place a bunch of buttons (First, Prev, Next, Last, etc..) in it and place it on the main window. Secondly, you can bind your data navigation user control to a CollectionViewSource which will help you to navigate among your data.
Your main window:

You need to wait until the template is applied to the control

The real problem here is that you're mixing technologies. You're attempting to use something meant for grabbing the template of a lookless control, in the behind code of the main window. I would be surprised if you didn't run into more issues.
Instead, I would suggest looking into How to Create Lookless Controls and redesigning your application. It wouldn't take much effort and it would all play nice together.
I know there are a lot of questions about WPF navigation, for application developed with MVVM pattern, and I have read tens and tens of answers but I'm missing probably something.
I started building an application following Rachel's article here. All works just fine, there's an ApplicationView Window with this XAML:

The ApplicationViewModel, that is set as DataContext for this window when the application starts, maintains an ObservableCollection of my ViewModels. Thanks to data templates, it's possible to associate every view with its viewmodel, using a ContentControl to render the views. Navigation in this case is accomplished with a "side bar" of buttons, binded to ApplicationViewModel commands that perform the changes of CurrentPageViewModel object.
I'm wondering how I can perform navigation without the presence of that sidebar of Buttons. Having only the Content control, I should be able to change the CurrentPageViewModel from the others viewmodel? Probably the answer will be very trivial, but I can't see that right now.
Your top level homeviewmodel can orchestrate navigation via an eventbus pattern. To use eventbus, you would inject an object that tracks objects that want to be notified of events. Then when a view model raises an event, the homeviewmodel receives it and performs the currentpageviewmodel assignment that will navigate you to the next viewmodel.
Ex:
Messenger defines two methods - RegisterForEvent<IEvent>(ViewModel aViewModel), and RaiseEvent(IEvent event).
So you would define a function to subscribe to the events -

Then you inject the Messenger into your other view models, and from those view models, raise the event:

C Bauer is right with what you are missing. I found in order to switch the data context, you'll need a messenger service to flag your "applicationviewmodel" to switch its data context. A good discussion with the steps you need are spelled out in a discussion here.
Register the message to be received in your applicationviewmodel, then handle the data context switch in your receive message function.
Also, this might be true or not, but I had to use 1 window, with multiple user controls as opposed to multiple windows if I wanted to have 1 window showing at all times. Lastly, I followed Sheridan's example and defined my data templates in my app.xaml as opposed to the window itself.

Within Tab I have a textedit and a combobox.
My problems are two:
1 How do I load the contents of the combobox for each tab I add?
2 Every time I write the text of and a edit tab override also edit the text of the other tab.

DataTemplates require a simple but fundamental requirement to work properly: you should use the ViewModel-First approach.
Ideally, your tab control should have a Binding to some ViewModel. Then, if you want another tab to appear, you should use your button click to call a Command in your ViewModel, then the ViewModel would add another item to your TabControl ItemsSource property (which would be some collection), and the new item would be displayed "automagically" with its respective DataTemplate.
The idea of WPF is to replace all this imperative code in the View (like the one you posted) with a more indirect one, where your only worry is to manipulate things in the ViewModel, and the "Dumb View" just follows.

I have searched extensively for the solution here but I have a feeling my problem stems from a basic lack of knowledge about WPF. I am new to it and have thus far hacked and Googled my way through as best I can.
Basically, I have a Ribbon dynamically interacting with a TabControl. The Ribbon tabs select a category of items, the MenuItems in the RibbonGroups then choose an item within the category. Upon clicking an item, the tabs on the TabControl need to dynamically change. Whether that is just the Headers, the tabs themselves, or the entire TabControl is fine with me. Thus far, upon clicking a MenuItem on the inside one of the RibbonGroups, I attempt to just set the Header text equal to "blah" for each tab on the TabControl. Then the Header object throws a null pointer. This is what happens whether I set the Header, the Tabs, or the TabControl itself.
Why?!?!?!?
...and how in the world do I fix it???

WPF is designed with data/UI separation in mind. One of the reasons you're having trouble finding a solution is because what you're trying to do is a no-no; instead of programmatically changing the UI's header text, you should be changing the underlying data instead, and allowing the WPF plumbing to update how the data is displayed.
A WPF tab control can literally contain any type of object; you could fill it with integers or strings or FooBars or whatever. There's no guarantee that any of these objects will define a Header property, and it's up to the developer to configure data bindings or templates which instruct the TabControl just how a FooBar or a whatever should be displayed.
In an ideal WPF application which adheres to the MVVM design pattern, you might have your TabControl bound to a collection of view models which each define a HeaderText property. Your view models would implement the INotifyPropertyChanged interface so that when the HeaderText property was changed on the view model then the UI would get updated.
Having said all that, if you've got an existing application it may be unrealistic to rewrite it from scratch using a different design pattern, and MVVM is not easily added on to an existing code base. If you're working with simple Designer generated UI without using any data binding, then the following code does what you ask. Sometimes.

Try binding it to a list in the code like so:

Then rebind it any time you want to change the items in the tabcontrol. This way you can dynamically change names and add more tab items. In doing this you'll have to programmatically add controls using the TabItem.Content property.
How to make a button let a picture show up ?
what i Need to do, is creating 300 buttons each of these buttons will represent a unique path and pic every pic is defferent than the other? Unfortunately, WPF SketchFlow or Silverlight SketchFlow (I don't know the difference) can not be running as a program on computer. so what left is WFP app. Furthermore, i find it so difficult to just create one button linked to a pic's path!!!!.

Maybe you should start with a simple program: 1 button, showing 1 picture.
Handcraft it in XAML (no blend) and when you're stuck post a specific question here with the code.
I use Blend for most of my XAML/WPF UI design, and it works pretty well for me. I did, however, learn WPF and XAML by writing it longhand in the Visual Studio designer first. For any coding other than XAML (VB.NET, C#, C++, etc) I would highly suggest using Visual Studio as there are no bells and whistles in the Blend code window. It is essentially a colorful text editor.
As for buttons displaying images I have a couple of questions. I imagine your buttons are going to be loaded from a collection of some objects or something. By far, this is better than specifying each button in the XAML code.
I will assume your collection of objects has an ImagePath (or similarly named) property. The following should work out alright.
Load your ListBox with the Items, (see either http://www.WindowsClient.net for the old [Windows Forms] way, or read up on MVVM for the newer better way). Below is my listbox; ItemsSource is bound to the ImageCollection property on my ViewModel in this case. The items in my Imagecollection have an ImagePath property that is just a string file path to the image.

In Blend, you can create a DataTemplate by right clicking on the listBox, and going to Edit Additional Templates > Edit Generated Items (ItemTemplate).

Alright, so here is a simple little application that I made to illustrate how this can be done probably the easiest as possible. In this application, I have 3 classes:
ImageButton - It just consists of two string properties, ImagePath and ImageName.
ImageButtonCollection - Inherited from ObservableCollection, creates and adds 300 buttons (iterates 1 to 300 and sets ImagePath to "C:\Images\image{i}.png" and ImageName to "image{i}".
The MainWindow class - I will post the contents below.

So, the ListBoxes ItemsSource property is bound to the CollectionViewSource created in the Window.Resources. The ListBox also has in it's resources a DataTemplate for the ImageButton class. Anytime an ImageButton is displayed in that listbox, that template will be used. The buttons click event is set to the CreateButtons method in the codebehind.
That method finds the CollectionViewSource resource, and sets it's source to a new instance of the ImageButtonCollection class. Once that is done, the UI is notified of an update (since the ObservableCollection has built in UI notification) and changes accordingly displaying 300 buttons with a little textblock next to them with the image name.
If you run this, create a folder on your C drive with some images named "imageX.png" with x being a number 1 to 300. Below are the other two classes so you can create/compile/run it.

You never specified how you wanted the image displayed. You may not want them to be in a listbox. The beauty of WPF is that once you get it working in a listBox or whatever ItemsControl, you can easily change to another ItemsControl, or even customize one. Go into the ListBox template and change the ItemsHost to use a uniform grid or to stack items horizontally instead of vertically.
